Last updated: August 4, 2026
1. Legal Information
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&C") govern all transactions, access, and use of the Uplitz platform. The service is operated by Uplitz LLC, a limited liability company duly registered and domiciled in the State of Wyoming, United States of America.
2. Description of Services
Uplitz offers two types of language training:
- E-learning Modules: 100% self-paced access to pre-recorded educational content, exercises, and quizzes.
- Live Sessions (Video): Interactive classes taught by teachers via our secure platform.
3. Booking and Cancellation of Live Sessions
Live sessions require prior booking via the student dashboard. In accordance with our flexibility policy, students have the right to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty up to 2 hours before the scheduled class time.
After this strict 2-hour deadline, or in the event of a student no-show, the session will be considered due and will be deducted from their class credit without the possibility of a refund.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are secure and processed by our certified financial partner (Stripe). Access to E-learning modules is automatically and immediately unlocked after payment validation.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our E-learning services (immediate access to intangible content), the right of withdrawal is not applicable once the content has been accessed. Course packages and subscriptions are non-refundable once started, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Uplitz platform (videos, texts, architecture, quizzes, logos) remains the exclusive intellectual property of Uplitz LLC. Sharing a student account, reselling, or unauthorized recording of live sessions is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension without refund.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (United States). In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the competent jurisdiction shall be the courts of the State of Wyoming.
